I had been riding a 2001 Goldwing when the wife decided she wanted to ride solo on the wing. Picture this, a 5ft tall woman wanting to solo the wing. I told her no way. Her response was "Trike It!".  I did and she told me get another bike because I would miss riding the twisties like I did and the trike is hers. I did some searching and chose the 2004 VTX1300 deep pearl blue. I had been to some previous meetings and functions. I decided that this was the group of people I wanted to be associated with.
